Hit kan du komma som du är och träna på riktigt eller motionera i gemenskap.</p>
<p>För dig som vill fördjupa dig i vad effektiv träning innebär, vare sig det handlar om att rehabilitera skador eller nå yppersta toppresultat, så finns erfarna personliga tränare som kan bistå dig med sin breda kunskap.</p>
<p>För dig som inte tränar för att uppnå något utan för att det känns skönt, som en social grej, eller bara för nöjet av att träna, så har du allt som behövs i maskiner, fria vikter och klasser till hjälp för att få den upplevelse du vill ha.</p>
<p>När du kliver innanför våra dörrar vet du om du har hamnat rätt eller inte. Ditt första träningspass i gymmet är gratis, så vad har du att förlora då?</p>
<p>Vill du prova en gruppträningsklass går det bra att göra för 130 kr. Skulle du vilja fortsätta så kan du dra av den summan från det kort du köper; att prova kostar alltså inget extra!</p>
